In 2001, Chuck lead all Whatcom County agents - including all off-site and on-site agents - in getting Semiahmoo home listings sold!  According to the Whatcom County MLS,

He lead the entire year with 11 Semiahmoo home listings sold, the next closest agent only had 8!
