The homes at Semiahmoo have been deliberately designed to

the landscape. Exterior colors are muted earth tones and wood exterior
are required in an effort to further blend into the wooded setting. The homes are among the finest to be found anywhere, the setting is pristine. classic, Northwest - towering cedar and fir forests, rugged beaches, alpine mountain vistas. The amenities are plentiful and the best you can possibly find. However, it is the people who live in Semiahmoo that make it the extraordinary community that it has become.
